VICE PRESIDENT REPORT

Since our last annual meeting, there have been twenty-six (26) requests for Architectural Review.

Twenty-six (26) were approved. The breakdown is as follows:

Lanai Modifications 4

Paint Trim and Doors 3

Paint House and Roof 4

Driveway Imprint 1

Driveway pavers 3

Tree Removal 2

New Windows 1

Paint House 6

Garage Door replaced 2

New Roof 2

Also since the last annual meeting, existing fences were grandfathered in. There will be no ARB requests in the future for fences.
