WELCOMING COMMITTEE PROCEDURES

 

The purpose of the Welcoming Committee is to welcome new residents to the Seminole Lakes Community in a timely manner.

The Welcoming Committee:

* Receives names of new residents through the Chairperson of the Telephone Committee

· Provides folder of information pertinent to Seminole Lakes, Punta Gorda, and Charlotte County to
   assist new residents in becoming familiar with their new home

· May, at times, have Welcome Teas for larger number of new residents

· Provided gift basket containing Seminole Lakes coffee mugs, candies and other promotional items
   from neighborhood businesses
