The Telephone Committee continually updates data of new residents, email addresses and any other changes.

This is done by receiving information from several committees; such as Access Control, E-Mail and Welcoming. It also includes the Management Company for new resident information.

All information is constantly being updated in the telephone directory and computer.

A monthly article is sent to the Grapevine listing new residents, email changes, etc.

Every two years a telephone directory is published with updates.

Before being sent to the publisher, it is proof-read by 2 committee members. Then it is formatted onto the computer to be ready for the publishers to print.

The Telephone Directory is distributed at the Board Meetings.
