Agenda: Insurance Review

Bob Toth called the meeting to order at 10:03 am and recognized Al DiSessa who relinquished the floor to Howard McCormack and Herb Antine (Insurance Committee) who gave a presentation on the insurance proposals received. The proposals covered Property, Liability, and Director’s and Officers insurance as well as other policies including Excess Umbrella, Accident, Compensation and Crime.

Inasmuch as all insurance proposals had not yet been received from the insurance agents; no decision from the Board was rendered.

A second meeting before our current policy expiration on July 7^th will be called when all of the data is received.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:40 am.

Agenda: Insurance Review

The last Insurance Proposal arrived for consideration and with the Insurance deadline of July 7, 2006 an Emergency Meeting of the Board was called into session by President Bob Toth. A quorum was present.

Al DiSessa called on the Insurance Committee to report their findings.

Herb Antine and Howard McCormack, of the Insurance Committee, summarized the proposal received to date. It was noted that the insurance companies were not writing wind damage coverage.

After due consideration of all the data presented, Al DiSessa moved that the Lutgert Insurance agency of 5248 Red Cedar Drive, Ste.103, Fort Myers, FL 33907 be selected as our Insurance Agent of Record and have them secure coverage formerly handled by Auto Owners Insurance. Seconded by Bob Foiles. Passed.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05p.m.
