Pool Facilities Rules and Regulations

The Pool Facilities (Swimming Pool, Tiki Hut, and Exercise Room) are being rented for use by the POA members and their guests. A Pool Committee has been appointed by the Board of Directors to administer and monitor the utilization of the pool facilities. All persons are required to comply with all rules and regulations and are subject to expulsion from the pool area and loss of future use for failure to do so.

POOL FACILITIES HOURS

Swimming Pool………………………….…... Daily 7:00 a.m. to Dusk

Pool Deck, Tiki Hut, and Exercise Room…… Daily 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Each POA member is responsible for the safety and conduct of themselves, their family members, and guests while at the pool facilities. Guests must be accompanied by a member and may be limited if pool utilization warrants the limit.

No golf carts or vehicles will be parked out at the front entrance or street of the pool complex. All golf carts will be parked in the rear of the pool complex. Cars must be parked in the parking lot.

There will be no lifeguard on duty!!! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No child 14 years old or younger is allowed in the pool area, exercise room, or Tiki Hut without the parent or an 18 year old, or older, family member who is responsible for the safety and security of the child. NO EXCEPTIONS! There are no lifeguards on duty! You must supervise the actions of your children and guests at all times.

The pool may be closed, or its use limited, because of weather or operational difficulties.

NO DIVING, running, or rough play in the pool area. Rough play is conduct that is deemed hazardous to self and others such as wrestling, dunking, spitting, pushing, or throwing others into the pool.

All food and drink must be kept 4 feet away from the pool. All cigarette smoking must be restricted to the designated smoking area. Members are urged to assist in keeping the pool facilities clean.

NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON POOL DECK.

No pets are allowed in the Pool Facilities area.

Diapers, whether cloth or disposable, must be covered with leg hugging rubber pants.

Swimmers shall shower before entering the water. Suntan lotions and oils can damage the furniture and stain the pool. Please use a towel to remove any oil residue before using the pool furniture.

Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Members are reminded that the furniture is community property and it behooves each member to take care of it.

The Association assumes no liability for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage to property.

No one will be allowed in the pool with infections, inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, poison ivy, excessive sunburn, open sores, or any other visible communicable condition.

Swimmers are not to play or hang on the safety ropes in the pool.

Responsibility for the TIKI Hut is under the Activities Committee

Social functions will be scheduled through the Pool Committee and the main contact is Lillian Conover at 637-4935.
