1 Reduce number of homes for sale # of homes for sale showed a fear of the late board, I was thinking of selling for any price but now I feel safe and relieved knowing that our new board has turned in a new direction

1 Buy the pool and necessary area so it can belong to residents  
1 Walkers would enjoy a few benches scattered around Stillwater & other areas So the elderly can rest

1 A bench placed close to the road on the common grounds near entrance Walkers could tie shoelace, rest, have chat, enjoy the view

1 Pass a hurricane assessment and lower the monthly fees back to where they were Assessment would be covered by some homeowners insurance; tax deductible for others, lower monthly fee is a selling point especially in slow real estate market
1 Beautiful fountain in front entrance lake – lighted at night would add much beauty to our community. Cost is slightly less than $5K installed (this equates to monthly maintenance fee for 33 homes for 1 month) Inexpensive beautification
1 Purchase pool and tiki bar Asset to the community as a whole
1 Capital Reserve Accounts $300,00 is ENOUGH

2 SL POA recommend to State or County that soundproof walls be installed for homes located along Burnt Store Rd as part of the widening process because of the noise Cannot enjoy lanai with all the noise and property value will suffer

2 Replace sign at Seminole Lakes Blvd. & Stillwater (arrows for clubhouse, pool & tennis courts), once you enter this is the first thing you see Sign is an eye sore, attempts to restore it have failed.
2 If another storm and 50% of roof tile is damaged beyond repair, have the Board allow for roofs of steel or similar material  
2 Cheaper access to the pool Enjoyment of existing facility, feeling of community
2 Some homes (back side) on the golf course need cleaning and painting Detracts from the community & should be a concern of the community
2 Need street lighting at SL Blvd, Feathersound & Stillwater-why not install lamp post there and & SL Blvd. near guard house, use same type as homeowners use

6 Keep a closer reign on legal fees-no need to go for legal advice as often  
6 Plant Christmas palms by the front gate to replace those lost by Hurricane Front will look nicer
6 Accomplish all action for the betterment of homeowners, no room for "pet projects" For the homeowners, not an individual’s priority
7 Improve entrance appearance  
9 Place a bench near entrance for walkers who are waiting for guests to arrive or need to rest. Benches at other areas for walkers would be appreciated. Something extra for walkers to enjoy
