Seminole Lakes Homeowner is responsible for screening prospective Lessee and for providing Lessee with current Seminole Lakes Property Owners Association, Inc. Rules & Regulations, Covenants, and By-Laws.

The Homeowner must provide the Board with copy of a signed "Homeowner/Lessee Rental Application Form".

The Board will review the document, sign and date acknowledgement.

The Homeowner and Lessee, by executing said document, will be accountable for maintaining outside appearance and maintenance of the rental property including, but not limited to; clean roofs, weed control, adequate irrigation, removal of mold from building, mailbox and/or light post and maintenance of mail box and light post including supplying replacement bulbs. The owner shall be responsible for the conduct of the tenant and ensure that the tenant abide by Seminole Lakes Rules & Regulations, Covenants, and By-Laws.

No residence may be rented for a period of less than thirty (30) days or more than twice in any one (1) year.
