Monitor the facility access controls established by BOD.

-Log Book utilization and maintenance….Daily average; 50 members 6 guests

Members log in every visit, including guests.

Log will be official record of utilization, comments, operation activities.

-Rules & regulations approved by BOD and posted around facilities

-Group use rules and calendar…. Thursday Gathering example of member use.

Members keep facilities as their own. Remember no glass containers

Monitor the maintenance and cleaning (landlord employee) of the pool facilities and work with the landlord on performance of contracted services.

Monitor the costs of operation for the purpose of recommending an operating budget, if required, at the end of the contracted lease.
