The pool contract has been renewed for the next to 2 years. Having the pool is an asset to our community. In the past year there were many activities conducted at the pool that were attended by as many as 240 of our residents at one time. The pool and Tiki bar can be reserved by residents for Birthday, Anniversary and whatever as long as you get permission from the Pool Committee & that the party cleans up after and puts everything back to the way it was found. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

Whenever residents use the pool we request that everyone park in the parking lot. When people park on the street or on the grass it creates traffic problems or kills the grass in the area by the pool. We would like to thank Connie and Mike Williamson as well as other members of the pool committee for their help in keeping things looking good at the pool.

The pool pump was repaired at no cost because it was under warranty. One of the pool heaters was replaced under the terms of the pool contract. We have been shutting down the pool heater when the night time temperature drops into the 40’s and the daytime temperature does not go above the 70’s. The exercise room A. C. is shutdown for the winter months. It will be turned on again when the temperature warrants.
