Executive Session

Minutes

                At the Fort Myers Office of Becker & Poliakoff, with attorney Michael Whitt, the Board of Directors held a planning session
                for the court mandated mediation with SEMLAK.  Present were:  Bob Toth, Joe Ring, Linda Huber, and Fred Eyrich.  Also
                present was Sherry Danko.

                Beginning at 10:00 A.M., Michael Whitt gave an overview of the mediation process for the June 3, 2009 mediation session.
                He also reviewed the salient points of the case and summarized the possible scenarios that might occur.  Discussion followed.

                At the attorney's recommendation, the Board agreed to authorize Bob Toth and Linda Huber to agree to a settlement at the
                mediation session.

                Bob Toth, Linda Huber, and Sherry Danko spoke briefly with Joe Adams regarding the revision process for the document
                rewrite and the procedure for adoption by the membership.

                With no further discussion, the executive planning session ended.
