President’s Report May 8, 2006 Board Meeting

I want to remind everyone of our board meeting procedures

On an agenda subject where a motion is made and seconded, the board will discuss the motion. Before voting we will ask and let any resident comment on the motion. After these comments the board will vote on the motion.

There will be some "consent type’ motions not requiring discussion by the board. In those cases comments will not be requested.

On any non-agenda subjects for future consideration, residents can comment just before the end of the meeting.

Residents that want to comment must come to the microphone, state your name and address, and there is a 3 minute time limit for each comment. If you do not come to the microphone you will not be recognized.

The board has a lot of business to conclude today, so we will be moving quickly.
