Frank was nominated because he organized and initiated the wall alongside golf Fairway (16^th) which provided improved security for Seminole Lakes. In addition, this wall has improved the view and reduced the noise level of Burnt Store Road for all of the Houses facing this area.

Frank has been very helpful to this board in providing insight on land use regulations, Covenants and Florida Statues . He was especially helpful in assisting to write the legal property description for the pool.
