President's Report POA Board Meeting

I want to remind everyone of our meeting procedures.

On an agenda subject when a motion is made and seconded, the board will discuss the motion.  Then before voting, we will ask for comments from residents on the motion.  After these comments, the board will vote on the motion.

There will be some "consent type" motions not requiring discussion by the board.  In these cases, comments will not be requested.

On any non-agenda subjects for future consideration by the board, residents can comment just before the end of the meeting.

Residents that want to comment must come to the microphone, state your name and address.  There is a 3 minute time limit for each comment.  Those residents that do not come to the microphone will not be recognized.

The board has alot of business to conduct today, so we will be moving quickly.
