INSURANCE COMMITTEE
Position Description
Review Seminole Lakes Property Owner’s Association Insurance Policies, Claims and related documents, at least, on an annual basis and/or at renewal date.
Maintain within committee files copies of insurance policies for immediate reference.
Have access to insurance records & correspondence at our associations’ property management office with advance notification defined by our management office.
Present committee annual report at member’s annual meeting.
Provide assistance company to Management Company in filing all damage claims. It is noted that our attorney Becker& Poliakoff will provide one visit of an attorney to assist with filing claims. There will not be a charge for this assistance.
Research and answer all insurance questions presented or referred to committee by the Board of Directors and/or homeowners.
