ANNUAL INSURANCE REPORT – March 2009

During the past year it was agreed upon by President Toth, Star Management and I to change insurance agencies as we were getting very poor service through the agency in Fort Myers. Our new agency is the Time Insurance Agency, Inc. of Punta Gorda.

All of our policies were reviewed and coverage for our policies was agreed upon by the agency, new companies and the Insurance Committee. We have been without wind coverage on our property policy since Hurricane Charley. However, effective July 7, 2008, we now are insured for that peril.

A list of our policies in force are as follows:

Property: includes building (guard house), lights, personal property, wall, irrigation system, sign and security gates. Flood and theft coverage is excluded.

Premises: Liability

Directors and Officers Liability

Umbrella Liability

Fidelity Liability (directors and Star Management employees)

Medical: CERT volunteers

Medical: Non-CERT volunteers

Workers Compensation

Also, the swimming pool, tike bar, exercise room, and SLPOA personal property are covered under our property and liability policies. The Developer carries like policies to protect its interest if a claim arises.
