The Seminole Lakes POA email system was established to disseminate POA related business to the residents of the community. In order to comply with this charter, the email administrator will contact the Seminole Lakes Oversight Director by forwarding any requests for email distribution to the Director for approval.

The Oversight Director, determining if the email pertains to Seminole Lakes POA business, will return the email to the administrator with a "yes" or a "no.

The email administrator will forward the email to the community if it is returned from the Director with a "yes" approval.

The email administrator will not need approval if a request is received from the President of the POA.
