ELECTION COMMITTEE REPORT BOD MEETING 4/10/06

Our Election Committee consists of 2 sub-committees,, Nominating and Registration, which have different functions. Dave Doupe, Chairman of Nominating Committee and I work as a team preparing for the Election. We all unite when it's time to count the votes.

The results of the election were posted in the Grapevine, on E-Mail, and also on our web-site under POA Board. Please utilize this web-site more often for Board Minutes, News, etc. The web-site is www.slccfl.com.

I would like to thank Bill and Sherry Danko along with their employees of Star Hospitality Management for their hard work in giving us a smooth election. The secret ballots along with other security measures worked. There were no complaints that I'm aware of. It was also wonderful to accomplish the election in this Church.

I'd also like to thank everyone on our committee for their speedy and efficient system to produce election results in I hour. It was the most counting we ever had.

I would like all of our committee members to please stand up and be recognized. There are 13 of us.
