ACCESS CONTROL COMMITTEE REPORT
NOVEMBER
Now that most of our northern residents have returned our roadways will become more crowded with automobiles, walkers and golf carts. Please be aware of your speed and comply with the few stop signs we have in Seminole Lakes. We have put on notice many of the commercial and delivery vehicles, which enter almost daily. To help keep speed limits in check I would ask that the many walkers we have each day to inform me and or the guardhouse of any problems. A friendly reminder may go along way.
In mid October we had several unlocked cars entered by unknown person or persons. This problem was reported to the P.G. police as well as the Sheriff’s office and they are making unscheduled patrols during the nighttime hours. An e-mail was sent out on October 21 regarding this subject. If you do leave your car in the driveway overnight it might be a good idea to lock up. If you see any suspicious activity, especially nighttime activity when juveniles and/or adults roam the streets and walk or ride carts between the homes, enter the pool area, please report this directly to the police department.
