Access Control July Report

On July 3rd during a lightning storm, the rear gate system was severely damaged. On the forth of July, Sunstate Gate and Door answered our call and repaired the exit gate leading out to Acline Road. The entering gate from Acline Road into Seminole Lakes will be repaired as soon as components arrive from California.

We have received an offer from Enviro-Shield of Southwest Florida, Inc. (formerly known as Sandra Burnet’s Painting Company) to install clear polycarbonate panels which act as window storm shields on the front windows of the Traffic Control Building (formerly known as the Guard House). We have graciously accepted the offer and would like to thank Ray Waters, Owner of the company for donating his labor and materials. Perhaps there are some residents that did not know this same company painted the Traffic Control Building after Hurricane Charley at their expense.
