ACCESS CONTROL/NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION

The Access Control/Neighborhood Watch Committee is the liaison between the Access Control staff and the POA Board and residents. This committee works closely with the Access Control staff and handles issues that cannot be effectively dealt with by this staff, given their general inability to leave the guard house. While not serving a purely "security" function, this committee is instrumental in insuring proper control and recordkeeping of persons entering the community, and giving residents, to the extent practical, as sense of "well-being and comfort" knowing that someone is looking out for them. Under leadership of the Chairperson, this committee:

The Committee will meet as needed to discuss any resident issues and make recommendations to the Board.
